Dr. Eshita Mahajan was born and raised in Punjab, and has spent her career asking a question most clinicians rarely pause to consider: what does this particular patient actually need?
Her training in Bachelor of Physiotherapy was followed by a Master's specialisation in Orthopaedics — giving her a deep, evidence-rooted understanding of the musculoskeletal system that underpins everything she does.
After years in busy clinical settings, she grew frustrated with the pace and structure of mainstream physiotherapy — the shared spaces, the rushed assessments, the generic programmes. In 2023, she founded Aurea Physio with a clear intention: to build a practice where every patient receives focused, unhurried, one-on-one care.
At Aurea, Dr. Eshita sees a limited number of patients each day by design. She believes that good physiotherapy cannot be scaled without being diminished.
What guides every session
Time is the medicine
In a world of ten-minute appointments, Aurea offers something rare: unhurried sessions where the full hour belongs to you. Genuine listening — before any intervention — is itself therapeutic.
Evidence, not assembly lines
Every treatment plan is built from scratch, informed by current orthopaedic research. There are no cookie-cutter protocols. If we recommend a technique, we can explain exactly why.
Healing as a relationship
The patients who recover best are those who feel seen, not processed. Dr. Eshita invests in understanding your life beyond the clinic — because lasting recovery is built on that foundation.
